I have been PVA in Caldwell County since December 2006 and we have been working to increase the professionalism and visibility of our office. I have received both my CKA (Certified Kentucky Assessor and SKA (Senior Kentucky Assessor) designations along with my Deputy Stacey. We have a NEW DEPUTY, Leslie Peek. She will start her designations this year. We have made great strides through the years to improve our office and continue to improve. Computers are available to the public. We have purchased updated equipment, programs and our mapping systems to better serve the citizens of CALDWELL COUNTY.

Professionalism and accountability are self-imposed requirements at the Caldwell County PVA Office. My staff and I take great pride in our performance. We enjoy serving you.
