I have been PVA in Caldwell County since December 2006 and we have been working to increase the professionalism and visibility of our office. I have received both my CKA (Certified Kentucky Assessor) and SKA (Senior Kentucky Assessor) designations. All of my staff are working on their designations with both Kelly and Stacey having received their CKA's. Although we are all somewhat new to our positions we have made great strides to improve our office. Computers are available to the public. We have purchased updated equipment and started a website all in my short tenure as PVA. As budget allows, we are working on improving our mapping systems to better serve the citizens of Caldwell County.

Professionalism and accountability are self-imposed requirements at the Caldwell County PVA Office. My staff and I take great pride in our performance. We enjoy serving you. We strive daily to earn your trust and respect. This web site has been prepared to assist you, as a property owner and taxpayer as to the functions of your PVA office.
