Deputy Jason Reim is a K-9 Deputy with the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office.  He has served in law enforcement since 2007.  Before entering the law enforcement, he served in the Unites States Air Force for 5 years.  He was stationed at McConnell AFB in Wichita, Kansas and served two deployments overseas.  His first deployment was part of Operation Iraqi Freedom and the second was part of Operation Enduring Freedom.  Once he separated from the Air Force, he began his career in law enforcement by becoming a police officer for the Town of Lahoma, Oklahoma where he was granted a Medal of Honor for an act of bravery.  After 2 years, he rose to the rank of Chief of Police.  Deputy Reim has also been part of the Lahoma Volunteer Fire Department since 2007 and has served as Captain since 2014.  Deputy Reim has been part of the Garfield County Sheriff’s office since 2009 when he became a Reserve Deputy and has served as a full-time deputy since 2013.  After 4 months of as a full-time deputy with Garfield County, he transferred to the canine division where he proudly serves with his K-9 partner Gege
