Deputy Matthew Ousley has been a certified Peace Officer since 2007. Deputy Ousley began his law enforcement career at the Clinton Police Department where he was a sergeant in the patrol division.  In 2011 Deputy Ousley left law enforcement to become the Director of Operations for the Salt Fork Adventure Program which was a juvenile detention facility that specialized in the drug treatment and rehabilitation of adjudicated juvenile offenders. In 2015 Deputy Ousley joined the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office and is currently assigned to the patrol division. Deputy Ousley has earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
