Meet Lauren Fowler, Your Trigg County PVA

As a native of Trigg County, I believe we live in the crown jewel of Kentucky.

It is a blessing for me to not only live in Trigg County, but to be able to serve our community as well. After working 6 years in the office, I was honored to become your PVA in 2018.

I will always strive to carry out the duties of this office to the best of my ability. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to serve you.

WHEN MARKET VALUE CHANGES, SO DOES ASSESSED VALUE. THE PVA HAS THE LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY TO STUDY TRANSACTIONS IN THE CURRENT REAL ESTATE MARKET AND ASSSESS YOUR PROPERTY FAIRLY.
Tangible Property Taxes are due May 15 each year
The PVA does not set tax rates, collect tax monies, or send tax bills.
Tax bills are mailed by The Trigg County Sheriffs Office around October 1st every year
Tax bill payments can be made to The Trigg County Sheriff’s Office
Delinquent tax payments can be made at The Trigg County Clerks Office
