Board of Assessors:

	Jeff Holloway Chairman Mr. Jeff Holloway was appointed to the Board of Assessors in 2001 and has served as a member for the past two years. Mr. Jeff Holloway lived in Gilmer County until the age of 18 and moved away to attend college at the State University of West Georgia where he graduated in 1993 with a B.B.A in Marketing. He relocated in Gilmer County approximately five years ago. Mr. Holloway is married (wife, Michelle) with two children (Camille age 6 and Cody age 4. He is currently Plant Manager for Blueridge Acquisition, LLC, Mr. Holloway has worked in the carpet manufacturing industry for the past 10 years.
	Billy Masters Member Billy Masters was appointed to the Board of Assessors in 2001. Mr. Masters is a lifelong resident of Gilmer County, Georgia where he served as Chairman of the Board of Equalization. He continues to be active community affairs. Mr. Masters is a retired farmer and a licensed Real Estate broker.
	Jeff Williams Member Mr. Jeff Williams was appointed to the Board of Assessors in 2008. He and his wife Karen have lived in Gilmer County since 2002 and have three children. Mr. Williams is a graduate of the University of Georgia, Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources and is the owner of Timberland Appraisal Services, LLC. He is a Georgia Certified General Real Property Appraiser (#2943), a Georgia Registered Forester (#2209), an Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) through the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, and a designated member of the Society of American Foresters. He also holds various licenses in other states. Since 1989, Mr. Williams has specialized in appraisal and management of forestland resources throughout the U.S. and South America. Prior to forming his own company in 2004, he was co-owner of, and employed by, F&W Forestry Services, Inc. where he managed their Forest Appraisal and Economics Group.
	Don B. Ellis Member Mr. Don B. Ellis was appointed to the Board of Tax Assessors of Gilmer County in 2006. Mr. Ellis has been a resident of Gilmer County since July, 2002. He is a professional with 40 years field and sales engineering, human resources, negotiating union contracts and dispute settlements, and community service in communities in North Georgia.
